什么原因导致皮肤松弛?
What causes sagging skin?

皮肤松弛的原因:
1)年龄的原因,随着年龄的增长,皮肤的胶原蛋白和弹力纤维蛋白减少,皮肤的新陈代谢变慢,就会导致皮肤失去弹性,出现松弛的问题。
 
2)皮肤松弛病,这是一种遗传性的疾病,常常会导致皮肤的支撑力下降,造成皮肤出现褶皱,引起皮肤出现松弛。

3)减肥后肌肉松弛,皮肤的支撑力下降,脂肪和肌肉是皮肤最大的支撑力,人体衰老、减肥、营养不均、缺乏锻炼等各种原因导致皮下脂肪流失、肌肉松弛使皮肤失去支持而松弛下垂。

4)其他因素,比如地心引力、遗传、精神紧张、受阳光照射及吸烟也使皮肤结构转化,最后使得皮肤失去弹性,造成松弛。

1)保持皮肤清洁(脸部皮肤)
面部油污、灰尘太重,着妆时间太长或者卸妆不干净,皮肤无法呼吸,就会造成皮肤失去弹性,皮肤松弛。平日应注意每天清洁皮肤,同时为皮肤补水补充营养,增强皮肤活力,预防皮肤松弛。


2)保持饮食均衡
暴饮暴食会导致肥胖,造成皮肤被过度撑开失去原有弹性而松弛;而节食减肥会造成皮肤营养流失,在皮下形成空洞,使皮肤凹陷松弛。


3)注意防晒
阳光紫外线会形成光老化(由日光照射引起的皮肤老化),以及造成体内形成大量自由基,导致皮肤失去弹性而造成皮肤松弛。


4)补充酵素
人体缺少酵素会使细胞活力下降,蛋白质分解能力减弱,导致皮肤松弛。酵素能提高人体对营养成分的吸收,提高人体免疫力,中和自由基,延缓衰老,改善因衰老所带来的皮肤松弛的问题。


5)健身
